So I was using those fad ice devices which were great I will admit but the annoyance of putting the thing in the freezer was a bit of a pain and it got expensive with the added serums but this cold function on the device does the same thing except I don't need to worry about refilling and spending hundreds on more serums. Good device, i won't be giving this up anytime soon.

Nice handset, comfortable and seems powerful however on the colored options the vibration setting is not triggered well and often you have to move over the same area repeatedly to activate it in short (very short) bursts. This is a bit annoying as you feel like the treatment is taking way too long and not being as effective as it should be. I have used another brand of handset and this was not an issue with the other one. Otherwise, it seems a much better quality than the first one I tried, and I'll persist with the inconsistent vibration bursts and see how it goes.
