At Helloskin, we strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases and confident in their skincare choices. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product integrity and ensures that every customer receives items that meet our strict quality guidelines.

Where a return is approved for a refund for any other reason, the cost of sending the item back to us is the customer's responsibility, and any original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

This applies alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, please contact us at support@helloskin.com.au and we'll arrange a return label and replacement.

Return to Sender Parcels

All our parcels are sent with signature on delivery. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, being unclaimed at the post office, or any other "Return to Sender" reason, we'll get in touch as soon as it arrives back with us. You can then choose one of two options:

Resend your order: a flat $10 redelivery fee applies to post it back out to you.

Refund your order: your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a $10 return to sender fee.
