1. Eligibility
1.1. To be eligible for the Helloskin Miss Dior Tote Bag Giveaway, customers must:
- Make a purchase of $80 AUD or more (excluding shipping) during the launch period, which consists of skincare products only.
- Be subscribed to the Helloskin newsletter at the time of the draw.
- Follow Helloskin on either Instagram (@Helloskin.com.au) or TikTok (@Helloskin.com.au).
- Tag two friends in our giveaway post on Instagram or TikTok.
- Complete the entry form on the dedicated giveaway landing page after making a qualifying purchase. Link here
1.2. Multiple purchases: Customers are allowed to make multiple qualifying purchases during the giveaway period, each of which will count as an additional entry into the draw.
2. Giveaway Period
2.1. The giveaway period begins on 17th / Sept / 2024 and ends approx 2 months later.
2.2. Helloskin reserves the right to extend the giveaway period if necessary. Any such extension will be communicated to participants via email and social media.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Make a qualifying purchase as outlined in section 1.1.
- Fill out the entry form on the dedicated landing page, providing the required details to confirm their entry.
- Ensure they are subscribed to the Helloskin newsletter and follow Helloskin on Instagram or TikTok.
- Tag two friends on either platform
3.2. Entries are automatically generated for each qualifying purchase, but participants must also complete the entry form to confirm their participation.
4. Draw and Selection of Winner
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries based on their order number.
4.2. The draw will take place on or about Dec 20th, and the winner will be announced via email and on Helloskin’s social media channels.
4.3. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of purchase and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize is a Miss Dior Tote Bag valued at $5,300 AUD.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
5.3. Helloskin reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value in the unlikely event that the original prize becomes unavailable.
6. General Conditions
6.1. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to the use of their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
6.2. Helloskin reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
6.3. Any personal information collected as part of the giveaway will be handled in accordance with Helloskin’s Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Helloskin is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or human error, including but not limited to failures in computer systems, software, or internet connections.
7.2. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Helloskin and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liability arising out of or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
