Yes. Start with one new product or tool at a time so you can see how it fits. For skincare, use the lighter texture first, then richer products. For tools, follow the product instructions and avoid overdoing multiple exfoliating steps at once.
Yes. Patch testing is smart for any new skincare product, active serum or exfoliating tool. Test a small area first, wait to see how your skin feels, then introduce the product slowly.

Skincare
Routine order, cleansers, moisturisers, serums, peptide products, active skincare, overnight masks and bundles.
A simple order is cleanser, watery or lightweight serum, richer serum if using one, moisturiser or overnight mask, then SPF as the final step in the morning. At night, skip SPF and keep the routine consistent.
Use cleanser as your first skincare step. If you are wearing makeup, you can remove makeup first with the Original Makeup Remover Puff, then cleanse so your serums and moisturiser go onto fresh skin.
Use serum before moisturiser. Serums are usually lighter and designed to sit closer to clean skin. Moisturiser or an overnight mask comes after to cushion the routine and help skin feel comfortable.
Yes, but keep it simple. Start with one new serum, let your skin settle, then add another if it makes sense. If layering two serums, apply the lighter texture first and avoid stacking too many strong actives at once.
GHK-Cu, also written as GHKCu, is Copper Tripeptide-1: a copper-bound peptide used in cosmetic skincare for routines focused on firmer-looking, smoother-looking and more resilient-looking skin. Helloskin uses it in the GHK-Cu Serum and GHK-Cu mask system.
PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide. In skincare, it is often described as salmon DNA skincare because it is commonly salmon-derived. Helloskin uses PDRN/Sodium DNA in topical cosmetic formulas designed for hydrated, rested-looking, more comfortable-feeling skin.
GHK-Cu is the copper peptide route for firmer-looking, smoother-looking skin. PDRN is the salmon DNA route for a hydrated, rested-looking complexion. If your routine is firmness-led, start with GHK-Cu Serum. If your routine is glow, comfort and bounce-led, start with PDRN Serum.
Vitamin C is commonly used in morning routines before moisturiser and SPF. It suits routines focused on radiance, glow and more even-looking skin tone. If your skin is new to active skincare, introduce it gradually.
Retinol is usually a night-time step. Start slowly, avoid stacking it with too many strong actives at once, and use SPF in the morning. The goal is consistency, not rushing.
Helloskin Azelaic Acid 20% Serum is a concentrated cosmetic serum for routines focused on smoother-looking texture, more refined-looking skin and a more even-looking complexion. Introduce it gradually if your skin is new to high-percentage actives.
True Tone Serum fits after cleansing and before moisturiser. It is best for routines focused on a more uniform-looking complexion, radiance and visible tone support.
Hyaluronic acid works well after cleansing and before moisturiser. It is a hydration-support step, so it pairs easily with peptide serums, Vitamin C, PDRN and moisturisers.
Use moisturiser after serum to help skin feel cushioned and comfortable. Body moisturisers can be used after showering or whenever skin feels like it needs a smoother, more hydrated finish.
Use the GHK-Cu or PDRN overnight mask 1-4 times per week, depending on your skin and routine. Think of it as a focused weekly skin-support step, not something you have to use every single night.
You do not need both, but they do different jobs. The serum is the daily step. The mask is the 1-4 times weekly comfort and overnight-focus step. Bundles are best if you want the full system without guessing.

Tools
Reusable tools, lower-waste routines, product care and how to make Helloskin products last longer.
Many Helloskin tools are reusable, including makeup remover puffs, exfoliating gloves and crystal hair removers. They are designed to replace repeat-use disposable options when cared for properly.
Yes, the Original Makeup Remover Puffs are designed to remove makeup with warm water and be washed for reuse. This can reduce the need for disposable makeup wipes in your routine.
Rinse after use, wash as directed, dry fully before storing and avoid leaving damp tools in closed spaces. Proper care helps reusable products stay fresher and work better for longer.
Dermablade disposal depends on your local recycling and sharps rules. Keep used blades away from children and pets, and follow your local guidance for safe disposal.
How to use, wash, store and replace the reusable makeup remover puffs.
Soak the puff with warm water, gently sweep across the face in circular motions, rinse as needed, then wash and air dry after use. You do not need makeup remover solution for the puff to do its job.
Rinse after each use and let the puff dry fully. For a deeper clean, machine wash in a wash bag every few uses or after heavy makeup. Do not use fabric softener and do not tumble dry.
Replace puffs when they no longer feel soft, fresh or effective. Washing regularly and letting them dry fully between uses helps extend their life.
Use light pressure and warm water only. If your skin feels uncomfortable, pause and use a softer cleansing method until your skin feels settled again.
Patch testing, dry-skin use, cleaning, timing and replacement guidance.
Yes. Patch testing is important before using the crystal hair remover. Use it on clean, completely dry skin, wait to check how your skin feels, then continue only if the patch test is comfortable.
Use the crystal hair remover on clean, completely dry skin. Move it gently in circular motions, avoid pressing hard and do not keep working the same area for too long.
Use it as needed, but give your skin time between uses. Do not use it daily on the same area if your skin feels sensitive or freshly exfoliated.
Gently remove residue with a soft, dry cloth or very soft brush. Keep it dry before storing and avoid soaking it in water.
Body exfoliation timing, pressure, washing and replacement guidance.
Soak your skin and the glove with warm water, then use gentle circular motions across the body. Start lightly. You do not need to scrub hard for the glove to work.
Most customers use the body exfoliating glove 1-3 times per week. Use gentle pressure, avoid irritated or freshly shaved skin, and give your skin time between exfoliation sessions.
Rinse well after use, squeeze out excess water and hang it somewhere airy to dry. Wash as directed when it needs a deeper clean.
Replace your glove when the texture changes, it no longer feels fresh, or it stops performing the way it should. Drying it properly between uses helps it last longer.
Gentle face exfoliation, frequency, washing and when to skip use.
After cleansing, dampen your face and the silk glove with warm water. Use light circular motions and avoid pressing hard. Rinse your face, then follow with serum and moisturiser.
Most routines only need the Silk Face Glove 1-2 times per week. If your skin feels delicate, use it less often and keep pressure very light.
Skip exfoliation if your skin feels irritated, sun-exposed, freshly shaved or uncomfortable. Give your skin time to feel settled before using exfoliating tools again.
Replace it when it no longer feels fresh, soft or effective. Rinse and dry it fully after each use to keep it in better condition.
How to use dermablades safely, how often to use them and how to prep skin.
Start with clean, dry skin. Hold the blade at a comfortable angle, use short gentle strokes and avoid going over the same area repeatedly. Do not use on irritated or broken skin.
Use dermablades only as directed and give your skin time between uses. If your skin feels uncomfortable, pause and reduce frequency.
Keep the routine simple after dermablading. Use gentle hydration and avoid layering lots of strong actives immediately afterwards if your skin feels sensitive.
Follow the product directions for blade use and replacement. Always keep blades clean, dry and safely stored away from children and pets.
Devices
How to use, clean and store the V3.0 handset, plus skincare routine pairing and older handset support.
Start with clean skin, choose your preferred mode, keep the handset moving smoothly across the face and neck, then follow with your skincare routine. Use the product instructions as your main guide and avoid holding the device in one spot for too long.
Yes. Many customers like using the handset before applying serums so the routine feels clean and intentional. If using modes that require slip or moisture, keep skin comfortably hydrated and follow the handset directions.
Follow the V3.0 product directions and build consistency gradually. If your skin feels uncomfortable, pause and reduce frequency. Device routines should feel sustainable, not aggressive.
Wipe the handset clean after use and let it dry fully before storing it. Do not immerse it in water. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct heat.
Do not use the handset over broken skin, open wounds or areas that feel irritated. If you have a medical condition, photosensitivity, implanted electrical device, or you are unsure whether the device suits you, check with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
If you have an older Helloskin handset, email support with your order number, model details and a clear photo if helpful. The team can confirm what support or guidance is available for your device.
Payments
